Get to know your body, The Restore session begins with a posture and movement analysis that helps identify all of your body’s strengths and weaknesses. Following the analysis, you will experience a personalized session that soothes and lengthens overworked muscles, restores range of motion and then activates underworked muscles. Unlike traditional bodywork, you will leave with a toolbox of relief techniques, corrective exercises and stretches to keep your body aligned!

Mat classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. Get ready to radically challenge the way you have done core work in the past. Get ready for hands on guidance as the beginner learns fundamental, and often corrective, movement of the pelvis and low back, the shoulder complex, and the neck along with working into the extremities for a head to toe workout. The experience can best be described by Joe’s design (The Principles): Centered, Controlled, Concentrated, Precise, Breath-ful and Flowing

These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight and props to challenge the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis. Modifications and variations are offered for special needs or advanced options according to the individual’s needs that day.

It allows for multi-directional movement and provides a fun and challenging workout through focus on posture, alignment and a full core workout, front and back! You will not just be sitting around, as the chair is sometimes lovingly referred to as the “Electric Chair” and your glutes will not be left out! Get ready to build core stability, upper-body strength and lower-body power to improve performance.
